Guarded by Arch-Wizard Horvath, the home of wizards; also considered a haven from their arch enemies, the warriors. It is located at the southern most area of Nox. It can be accessed using the Crossroads or by airship (storyline). The arch-wizard works in Tower of Illusion and oversees most of the wizards operations. The tower also keeps the Heart of Nox which is a key component of the Staff Of Oblivion.
